Logan called to check on my existing Rocket Mortgage and wanted to pursue an option he felt might benefit me. I know new closings are their living, but in this case rates had dropped and cutting down years of interest worked to my benefit as well. Logan was spot on and easy to work with. No hard sell. Logan was very patient and answered all my questions. Took care of the beginning of the loan and even answered some questions during the process later on. It was the easiest loan process I’ve ever had and I’ve had 5-6 home loans in my lifetime! Would definitely recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone that is refinancing or purchasing a home.
