He guided us step by step showing patience and understanding to a couple who are not wizards on computers. Logan is a good guy and I'm not putting to much blame on him. BUT the refinancing took " WAY " to long for my liking. And the numbers for the closing cost was off about 2 grand. Not happy with that at all. Why can't they just crunch the numbers and give you a set and honest price?
