Lucas was GREAT!! I amiss a first time home buyer (now OWNER) and the whole process really seemed intimidating. I was nervous about starting it, and worried I wouldn't recieve the loan I was anticipating. I hadn't found a house yet, but my fiance and I have begun the search! I placed an offer on a house and it was excepted. The next day Lucas provided me with a provisionary closing date of August 4th. We actually closed on Aug 3rd.
