At first, we were sceptic that this would not happen, not because of Rocket Mortgage but because of the economy. Lyndsey Spanski put us at ease to ensure that the entire process would fall mostly on their shoulders and all we had to do was to provide certain documents and answer a few questions. Wow, she was right the process was easy.

She walked us through all the steps, gathered appropriate documentations, keep us in the loop, and was great to talk to. Me being from Mason, now in Texas, kind of gave that Michigander feeling. She worked some wonders to get us through this and we appreciate that.
