I honestly did not think I would ever be able to get refinanced because I had no idea what I was doing or where to begin, but from the first time I spoke with Maggie, I had a glimmer of hope. Maggie was the first mortgage representative to call me after submitting on line with Lending Tree. She easily walked me through my best option for refinancing. She actually got our loans consolidated down to saving over $400 per month. I have worked with Wells Fargo in the past with our mortgages and they kept giving us road blocks when it came to refinancing. It turns out that the refi loan I was looking for did not make sense. However, Maggie is possibly the best loan officer I have ever dealt with. I'm a 75-year old retired lawyer, so I've dealt with a LOT of bankers and Maggie is among the very best. She is knowledgeable, efficient, truthful and charming. Rocket Mortgage should do everything possible to hang onto this competent and valuable ...It turns out that the refi loan I was looking for did not make sense.
