I CALLED Rocket Mortgage ABOUT A YEAR AGO FOR REFINANCE AND WAS TURNED DDOWN FLAT. THIS TIME WHEN MALLORY TOOK OVER SHE WAS ASTOUNDING. SHE DID EVERYTHING TO GET US APPROVED.SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONALAND WELL VERSED IN HER POSITION. I ASKED HER TO CALL OUR DAUGHTER AND SHE FOLLOWED THROUGH.
