I had a much better experience than I had with my other mortgage rep through a competitor that I had been working with for about 20 years. He called to check on me several times throughout the process and was very clear about the next steps and the entire approval process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him and with Rocket Mortgage. Everyone else I worked with at Rocket Mortgage was also very professional and friendly.
