But with her help, it is rather simple. Mariah's title should be "Mortgage Helper." She helps you every step of the way and she has perfected what I like to call, in my business, the lost art of "hand-holding." Even though Rocket Mortgage is online with no face-to-face interaction at a brick and mortar location, Mariah will hold your hand every step of the way. But Rocket Mortgage is more than just good customer service. Most importantly from a business perspective, the nuts and bolts of the refinancing process are accurately executed and exceptionally organized. Everything that Mariah says will happen, does happen, exactly when she says it will happen and even when there is nothing to report, she reaches out to reassure you that everything is going as planned. There are numerous mortgage companies from which to choose, but if you choose Mariah and Rocket Mortgage, the refinancing will be closed before you know it and you will be surprised that it was so pleasant and so easy.
