Mario saved our home and process was very simple. Yes, online is not the same as one on one, but Mario was there every step. I never thought we can get a lower ARP, but Mario made it happen. By far, this has been the best experience I've had with anything that has to do with my mortgage. Mario walked me through every step of the way and explained everything thoroughly. He responded quickly to all my messages and kept me updated with the process. Along with that, he took the initiative to find a solution to a problem we came across and got me an even better deal.
