Mario con mi persona fue un muy buen agente de prestamos ,yo ee trabajado con 3 diferentes agentes y mario a sido el mejor agente que me toco. Razones por acual dijo esto el me ayudo con la calificacion mas dificil porque le toco calificarme bajo sircuntancias que tenia trabajo temporal y muy pocos agentes logran calificarte. Appeared to be "hands-off" after initial contact; more coordination & communication needed amongst Rocket Mortgage employees. Length of process, over 5 months, tells that some major things went wrong. I knew nothing of some limitations in the loan qualifying and made a major negative decision during that 5+ month period.
