Where do I begin? From the second we first spoke on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. First off, Mark understood my level of anxiety due to not knowing what to expect when it came to the process of buying my first home. My boyfriend and I are a young couple who were very eager to move in to our own home, nonetheless buy it! And so Mark took into account our situation. We hit A LOT of bumps in...Where do I begin? Rather, he guided us in the right direction, was diligent, and clear with what we needed to do to get to the next step. I will never forget one of the many phone calls we had and I began to cry on the phone as I began to think that home buying may have not been for us but MANY THANKS to Mark, he did not let us give up and reminded us that he will help us get through the hurdle! We contacted Rocket Mortgage for a pre approval. Before I even finished entering the information, Mark was on the phone contacting me. He explained what was going to happen in detail, got a list of what we needed to provide and was very professional, informed and just plain nice to deal with.
