We were first time home buyers and were a bit concerned with and afraid of the entire process. We heard some scary stories about online mortgages, etc., etc. If you work with Mark - forget about all those stories. We were first time home buyers and were a bit concerned with and afraid of the entire process. We heard some scary stories about online mortgages, etc., etc. If you work with Mark - forget about all those stories. We did have a few other people working with us (from reputable banks) but our experience working with Mark was the best! Mark would never miss a call from me (or would give me a call back if he was busy at that time), he would answer any (ANY!) questions we would have, he explained entire process to such details that we felt we were pro's in buying a house. He assisted us throughout entire process all the way to the closing and gave whatever support we had. We had no surprises whatsoever - the entire process was transparent and Mark would explain to us all the details. In addition to all this, Mark is very professional and nice person to deal with. Another impressing point: he VERY fast! We closed the deal on time and with Mark everything worked like watches - just trust him and follow his instructions. Although we've never met him in person, we felt like we can rely on and trust him - which we did and we never felt that we want to switch the agent. Mark was amazing to deal with. During the emotional roller coaster of finding a home, negotiations, and the path to closure he was our rock. We had questions and mark has answers. We needed a real estate agent and Mark had his partners contact me. He stuck with us for a year and answered all my questions and even helped on several weekends with figures and negotiations. My wife and I appreciated all that he did for us.

Unfortunately, we had extreme health circumstances that interfered and prevented us from following all the way through and we had to give up the house we were buying. We were at the final steps and while it must have been disappointing to our agent as well as our family's, he was genuinely concerned about our health and well being. He never once lost his patience and he always treated us with the utmost respect. We couldn't have asked for a better person to be our agent. We have been referring all our friends and family directly to Mark Hanna for all that have been ready to buy a home.

Although we are still not ready to start looking again, we will be using Mark Hanna in the future when we are that point in our lives.
