That being said, I was very happy with the services I got Mark and his team gave me. If He couldn't give an answer to me right away, he or one of his team members got back to me quickly.

Mark provided a quick loan system which required less documentation for a conventional REFI loan for a second home mortgage loan. Most electronic processing ran smoothly until the final closing was disrupted by holiday season and inaccurate old documents by current lender.
