Martin was always available to help me with a great attitude. However, he was never able to give me my exact costs. I believe the problem was not Martin, but the way Rocket does its business. It's a moving target, and I was never sure of how badly I was going to get hit. Martin was wonderful, but the lack of definitive information made me less than happy with Rocket.
