Matt just helped me reach a dream goal that I didn't think was possible yet in my life!!! I'm trying not to be cliché … but he made something that I thought would be very difficult, if not impossible, happen so smoothly and easily!! I'm on cloud nine!! We started off great, but soon, it became "Im so busy with everybody wanting loans..." and every question or concern being answered with "You're lucky to have this offer...". The fed slashed interest rates the week before my closing, but, somehow my rate was not lowered??? It was all just so fishy, and vague. I felt that my mortgage was not very large and that a large company may not be very responsive to my needs. I was wrong. Matt was great to work with, very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and patient when he needed to be. I shopped this mortgage through a local lender too and Matt was able to educate me on the differences between the two mortgage approaches. I'm very pleased with my decision ...I felt that my mortgage was not very large and that a large company may not be very responsive to my needs. I was wrong.
