Matt was great to work with! Based on how I was doing my tax return he at first couldn't help and gave me advice on how to deal with my current mortgage holder. Which they said was wrong and couldn't help me. So I waited until I filed the next tax return and called Matt. Matt took care of my needs with no problems something that Chase has told me for years couldn't be done in TX.
