I initially rebuffed Matthew's invitation to apply for a re-fi. I was/am still dealing with my sister's passing and did not think I could take on more responsibility. However, Matthew appealed to me to reconsider with the best possible tactic. He gave me a question to think about as opposed to telling me what I should do. I appreciated that.
