We were looking to refinance our house and my call reached Matt. With a calm demeanor and asking the right questions, he quickly ran the numbers. Less than half an hour later, Matt called back and advised no to refinance as the rate is not in favor of us. A couple weeks later, I noticed rates went down and connected with Matt.
