Mathew Ross has the patience of a contract killer working in an industry that does not forgive mistakes. His vast array of industry knowledge dwarfs that of any rival to a degree that one finds themselves questioning how the competition stays in business. Mathew Ross is a master of his craft and trade. From the inflection in his voice, to the fact that he will never talk over you in any conversation. Seriously, I interpreted him like four times and he never once stopped me. He will have zero issues taking full responsibility for any mistakes, but let me assure you, you have a higher probability of winning the mega millions than finding an error.
