I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Matthew Ross at Rocket Mortgage to handle any of your refi or home mortgage needs! We first went with another well rated lender through Lending Tree for a refi as we are adopting a child; they promoted a "better and less expensive" product and a timely close. When the other lender's promise of better service, a low cost product with timely close turned out to be nothing but delays and overall poor service, Matt and Rocket Mortgage stepped in with an even better product, gave us credit for the cost already incurred with the other lender, and we closed in less than 20-days. My wife called and reached Matt as she has always handled our loans in the past. From that first call Matt continued to exceed our expectations. He made the mortgage process truly effortless for us. It really is a ROCKET mortgage experience as the whole thing took less than 6 weeks and the online process was truly an online process-no paper forms-until the final closing which was scheduled by Rocket Mortgage. The closing officer came to our home and 45 minutes later we were DONE! If you are lucky enough to get Matt as your mortgage officer you can really sit back and just let the process go forward with minimal intervention on your part.
