Mica was very efficient and competent doing our refi. Most of it was done by my husband and he still can't stop telling people how awesome it was to work with Rocket Mortgage (and Mica) on this. The process is streamlined and easy to do. All signing of papers (except at the end) were done online. Although I did not have the most contact with her, she was always friendly and easy to ask questions, ...Mica was very efficient and competent doing our refi.
