Michael has great customer service skills. He was extremely helpful to me during my refi process . I would get discouraged with some of the technical stuff, but he was patient and walked me through much of the computer stuff I had to deal with. I would highly recommend Michael as a great person to work with if you are looking to refinance; he takes the frustration away. Example: My daughter ...Michael has great customer service skills.
