The BIGGEST reason we went with Mike is because he said we would get Oct and he was quite sure, like 90% November. I don't know if he lied to get the commission but I will never trust him again. We do have a November payment. I should have just called Jason who helped us with our last 2 Rocket Mortgages. I thought about filing an official complaint but didn't.....yet
