I was unsure about refinancing because i filled out something online and was bombed with phone calls from 6 outfits so it turned me off. I made a cold call to Rocket and connected with Mikayla and we were able to bang out a good deal in about an hour, so i was 100 percent satisfied with the entire process including her ability to explain a process that i'm not steeped in.
