I have bought and sold several houses and also refinanced a couple. None were as easy and as fast as with Rocket Mortgage, which I have used twice, and will use again if the need arises. My latest mortgage came a 2.89% interest rate. I contacted them on line, filled out all the paperwork on line, and only the inspections were done locally. We had a complicated (CEMA) time sensitive transaction in which the creeping interest rates applied pressure to the initial estimates.
