Mike was direct and open from the opening sentence of our interaction. He was reassuirng about how the online application process would work. Although the intial meeting with him on the phone took a little longer than I first expected, I was pleasantly surprised how much was acconplished online. We were somewhat skeptical of all of this at first but at the end of the entire process, this turned out to be the most satisfying major loan experince that we have ever experienced as a married couple. We will credit all of this to Mike. Everything that he told us would happen happened in the order that he said it would and in the approximate time frame in which he said it would occur. It was a bravura performance! I would recommend that anyone looking to do a residential real estate transaction would have a successful outcome using Mike's services.
