I explained exactly what my husband & I are looking for & that we had recently done IRRL for a 2.375% rate & Mike was very understanding & didn't try to pressure me into doing anything I really don't need right at this time. He also explained why my husband should not consider doing a second mortgage but a refi with cash out when we decide we're ready to purchase a second property.
