Ming made the loan approval process a nightmare for me. I felt like we were on a wild goose chase trying to contact creditors and bureaus to update our scores. Over 50% of our debt was paid off by the time we were done following Mings instructions and a month and a half later we are still without the loan applied for. So frustrating.
