Miranda was rude from the beginning. She provided incorrect information telling me I was not eligible to apply for my loan and she wrong. When she asked what I thought my home would appraise for, she thought I was wrong and insinuated that I was providing information that was "laughable". She provided incorrect information telling me I was not eligible to apply for my loan and she wrong. When she asked what I thought my home would appraise for, she thought I was wrong and insinuated that I was providing information that was "laughable". She would respond with comments such as "kapeesh". I attempted to check the status of my appraisal and she would say it takes about ten day but when it was over two weeks, she would not follow up. I had to contact others at Rocket Mortgage to follow up on my loan status. I had to make other arrangements for my closing as I would be out of town. I was not able to reach Miranda. After my closing, Miranda reached out to me to ask how my closing went. I explained to her that it went fine and that I had tried to contact her several times prior to and she stated, "well at least it worked out." She does not care about the customer. In fact, she even stated that she will still be there no matter what. I have used Rocket in the past which is why I am a returning customer. I am not so sure that I will ever utilize Rocket ever again after this experience. I certainly would not recommend them at this time and would not recommend Miranda's services.Read MoreRead Less

What a wonderful experience I had with Miranda.
