Miranda was amazing. I'm not an easy customer and I made her work for my business. I shopped around which forced her to constantly redo my numbers to match the competition (and the competition became intense, lasting until after 9pm on the final business day-Friday-before closing Monday morning. The only complaint I have is: the first quotes I received for Rocket when I first applied were "the lowest she could possibly do"; however, that was not true. To the contrary, other lending competition entering the equation eventually dropped the APR over 1.6% which did raise the closing costs, but only around $1500.

Her personality is warm and she is super-easy to work with. Trust me, if she never lost her cool with me constantly trying to use capitalism to my advantage, she wont loose it with anyone. Do your due diligence, shop around, but close with Miranda!Read MoreRead Less
