From the first time we spoke, I could sense that she was going to be someone different-someone who sincerely cared about my needs and was willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Working with Miranda was more like sitting down with an old friend over a cup of coffee-discussing what we needed to do in order to make my situation doable. As a matter of fact, she and I had such kindred spirits that Miranda turned into "one of those friends/coworker who you know you should NOT sit next to during a serious function"-we had that type of connection!
