Mirko Bakula did a fantastic job. He got me a rate reduction of FOUR percentage points. Because of that, I was able to take cash out of $30,000, and keep my payments the same as they were. He also made the loan for 17 years, which is what I had left on my old mortgage. He was able to get me EVERYTHING I was looking for in a refi.

I want to give Mirko 5 stars. He was great to talk to and explained things. He was super patient with me on the phone when I was trying to navigate through my to do list. The process was almost painless. But I was told in the beginning that my closing costs were going to be about $4000 give or take a few dollars. I borrowed $10,000 in the loan and am grateful for it, as I am a pretty poor single mother - However, I wish I wouldn't have even done that now. I know it's not his fault, but I wish I would have been told really how much those closing costs were going to be as soon as he saw the difference. It just would have been nice.
