I was skeptical the Day I completed the application on line because you see so many positve and negative reviews for a Business you dont know what to do. Several weeks ago I tried to RATE my experience with Rocket Mortgage and it appeared not to be connecting/accepting my input. I saved my comments in case I had another opportunity. I will post below BUT I must add more kudos for Misty (Hopper) Fugate - she was primarily responsible for my not even looking at other mortgage offers. Totally unexpected, amazing experience!
We have had many (many) experiences buying and refinancing homes and we dreaded refinancing even though we knew we should. Finally, one day, I decided to investigate on-line. Rocket Mortgage was the first to contact us and in less than 30 days we had achieved a problem-free, professional, state-of-the-art refinance - my husband and I were left speechless. Our Mortgage Banker (Misty Hopper) was outstanding, knowledgeable, professional, and as a bonus, she was very, very nice - outstanding representative for Rocket Mortgage! Akin Adams our Client Care Specialist contacted us every day to keep us informed - we were never left wondering where things stood. I guess what I am trying to express is that everything about our Rocket Mortgage was top notch from the first encounter right on through the home appraisal team, the notary that came to our home to finalize the mortgage loan paperwork and the incredible on-line experience through the Rocket Mortgage web site Rocket Mortgage. Keep up the good work, Rocket Mortgage. P.S. Love the packaging of all the mortgage documents in one neatly bound book - nice touch! Looks like Rocket Mortgage is truly customer oriented!!
