I answered a call from a rep at Rocket - who put me in touch with Mo - and I am glad I did. The first chat will take some time (this is a good thing) as Mo reviews your current financial situation and your goals. He offered me several options / amounts to re-fi, etc. In other words, this isn't someone pushing to get you into a situation and have you sign off.
Once I was comfortable with the plan ...I answered a call from a rep at Rocket - who put me in touch with Mo - and I am glad I did. He offered me several options / amounts to re-fi, etc. In other words, this isn't someone pushing to get you into a situation and have you sign off.
Once I was comfortable with the plan to move forward, I agreed and the process was in flight! Mo's (and Rocket's automated) updates - were consistent, frequent and informational.
Closing paperwork was done in my home - so easy!
