We had tried getting a loan from Rocket Mortgage, twice, but it didn't work. First time the guy had quit. Second round time ran out. Third time is the charm with Murad. He has been nothing but helpful, patient, prompt. If it were up to us, we wouldn't deal with any underwriters, only Murad. Ok, the underwriters haven't been bad or anything, they just aren't Murad.
