Nic was very articulate about the loan proposal, very professional and cooperative to walk me through patiently the financial implications of going one way Vs the other. What I didn't like though is about the marketing gimmic to try sell it as if Rocket is presenting me this offer as part of a HUGE promotion. I have worked with a number of banks and folks at banks .
Nic has definitely gone above and beyond working through issues and as a go between with under righting.
A lot of others in his position in my past do their jobs and get what exactly as asked for.
