The over all experience was good. Nicholas followed through with what he said was to take place as others were changing the terms and expenses while he was out. The closing was delayed for over a month because items were not completed on time that were not in my control that could have been completed on time in my opinion. I found out about a week before closing took place that I was elligible ...The over all experience was good. The closing was delayed for over a month because items were not completed on time that were not in my control that could have been completed on time in my opinion. I found out about a week before closing took place that I was elligible for discounts that were not offered or applied to my account - Via- Charles Schwab. The costs charged, in my opinion ended up higher and in excess for the 2 refi m loans that were completed.
