One more time. Nicholas was the kind of person every company dreams of having and so few companies do. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate/empathetic and completely dedicated to not only his responsibilities but also to the Rocket Mortgage. The only complaint I have is that he was not my point of contact throughout the whole process. It would have been nice and less stress provoking if,...One more time. Nicholas was the kind of person every company dreams of having and so few companies do. The only complaint I have is that he was not my point of contact throughout the whole process.
