Nick was fantastic to work with! I was not impressed with my initial app-generated Rocket quote, and didn’t plan on pursuing it. However, Nick called me and explained why the rate was quoted as such, and low and behold, it was because an old and incorrect credit item which was dragging my score down 100 points. Nick not only let me know, he helped me FIX it, and I’m the meantime get a great rate!...Nick was fantastic to work with!
