Nick was my 'first point of contact' when applying for my Rocket Mortgage/Rocket refinance of our residence. He did a very good job of explaining the process, the terms that would be offered and the fact that, due to the pandemic and the quarantining, there could be significant delays during the process. That was the case. We exceeded the original lock period, but Rocket Mortgage/Rocket ...Nick was my 'first point of contact' when applying for my Rocket Mortgage/Rocket refinance of our residence.
