Nicholas was was point of contact during the processing of my refi and was very knowledgeable and courteous and very personable.
I had difficulty with one particular document to forward and view and he was there to help and assist me with this. In short I still was unable to succeed due to a glitch in my phone but Nick went above and beyond getting this accomplished.
