Nick gets a 10 out of 5 he was super helpful. Rocket Mortgage’s survey process, not so much. There’s a minimum word count?!? Bad idea, I’m in customer service and understand how much these surveys matter, if I didn’t I would have deleted this solely based on the minimum word count. Nick is an asset to your company and deserves a raise!
