Was very good to work with. Was not pushy. He knows his stuff and everything he told me was accurate. This is a very busy time of year for my profession and it is difficult for me to make or receive phone calls during working hours (plus I live in Alaska with a 4hr time difference compared to EST) but he never annoyed me with constant phone calls.
