I was extremely hesitant and cautious as well as pessimistic when I first began my loan study. I say study because I consider myself as a hawk. I am eager to find any flaw that a person can make when dealing with anything that can effect my families ability to get the best financial outcome. It was business but had a serious personal aspect to it. I would tolerate no nonsence. Extension 0000 soon turned to me calling Mr. Nick colooochy . With in 2 days Mr. Nick colooochy was soon called Mr.colucci. the correct spelling .
I was being educated as the process continued. There was a couple bumps of worry but I was constantly reassured by the comfort of him walking me thru everything.
Nick is by far the best of the best in customer care and service of the loan planet.
Here I sit less than a month before it all began as what seemed to be an impossible loan. , I am set up secure and in a better financial future than imagined.
