We closed our refinance today., the only reason I didn’t rate Nick with more stars , only 5 were provided. From day one the process,with Nicks guidance and patience , couldn’t have been easier. I looked forward to today’s closing like camping out at a car dealer . No way . The notary arrived at our home with all the documents , done in 30 min. she was also very efficient and professional. Nick was GREAT to work with!! I enjoyed his direct and honest advise and prompt availability and explanations. He analyzed both my primary residence and rental house and was honest about the numbers on the rental which were not beneficial to refinance due to balance, rate and a few other items. We decided to pursue and take advantage of refinancing the primary residence which cut it from a 30 year...Nick was GREAT to work with!! I enjoyed his direct and honest advise and prompt availability and explanations. He analyzed both my primary residence and rental house and was honest about the numbers on the rental which were not beneficial to refinance due to balance, rate and a few other items. We decided to pursue and take advantage of refinancing the primary residence which cut it from a 30 year to 20, saved $100 per month which I will still pay and in return knock it down to 17 years. Interest and principle percentages also stayed favorable.
