After attempting to refinance our home, mostly to move an adjustable to a fixed rate. I went 1st with my old finance co. but they kept running into problems.I then tried Rocket Mortgage and came up with similar problems. I told both companies I was withdrawning my loan application. About a week later Nick McKAy called and said he was only inquiring why it went wrong to better your process.
