I re-fied my home loan again, with Rocket Mortgage, and this time I had a wonderful relationship with Nick McCay. He was very helpful in getting everything together and complete, with very little help from me. H was a real pleasure to deal with also. I found out he has a daughter named Carol and that is my name also, so I mailed him a bracelet I owned that I had my name on it.
