I was curious about status of my Rocket Mortgage mortgage, and how to check on a better rate. When I contacted the site, my info went to Nikki, who contacted me and got me directed to an update of my mortgage. Right from the beginning I found Nikki very easy to communicate with. She was always courteous, easy to understand and had a very pleasing manner when working on the various stages of opening our new mortgage. Nikki was always patient when it came to answering questions and making sure the steps went smoothly.
I eventually was moved on to other representatives, but didn't feel as comfortable as I had with Nikki. Although the other representatives were very knowledgable, I felt much more at ease working with Nikki.
