I started the loan qualification process at 9 p.m. on a Thursday and Pat had me pre-approved by 11 p.m. I left him a message asking him to call me at a certain time the next day, which he did, and then he told me exactly what my interest rate was, my new mortgage payment amount and the amount of my closing costs. He was honest and no-nonsense and that was exactly what I was looking for.
