When I started with Rocket Mortgage, I was skeptical about a large, online provider being able to provide personalized service. Pat provides that personal touch that quite frankly is much better than any of the various “hometown” bankers I have dealt with over the years. Yes, Rocket Mortgage has developed great web based systems, but their secret sauce is people like Pat Dittoe and all the folks I dealt with on Rocket Mortgage’s back end. Give this guy a raise! I started the loan qualification process at 9 p.m. on a Thursday and Pat had me pre-approved by 11 p.m. I left him a message asking him to call me at a certain time the next day, which he did, and then he told me exactly what my interest rate was, my new mortgage payment amount and the amount of my closing costs. He was honest and no-nonsense and that was exactly what I was looking for.

NO unnecessary excess paperwork like 3 yrs. tax returns, 6 months of pay stubs, your banking history ... It was fast and easy.
